DESCRIPTION:Calling all Ladies! \nDo you long for deeper\, more meaningful connection in your relationships with Jesus\, family\, friends and coworkers? Are you weary of feeling lonely\, poured out or disappointed? Could your heart use rest and refreshment away from the daily demands of a busy life? First Women has a place for you. A place set apart for us to laugh\, worship\, learn together and be encouraged. We are praying you will be blessed & invigorated at our FIRST ANNUAL GATHER CONFERENCE! \nOur Theme for the Conference is “Joy in Jesus\, Others and Yourself” \nYou’re invited to join us for a two-day event designed to lead you to deeper joy in your relationships with Jesus\, others and yourself. \nFriday 4:30-7:45pm… \nOpening Speaker: Sherry Welch \nSherry is a speaker\, teacher\, and leader of women. Currently Sherry is the Director of Women for the SO MO Network of the Assemblies of God. She has given her heart and passion to leading women for the past two decades. Sherry feels women are a vital part in the plan of God\, and are being used more today than ever before to reach this world for Jesus Christ. \nGod has used Sherry’s passion for Missions to do projects that have raise thousands of dollars each year to help change the lives of women and girls here at home and around the world. \nGod has opened doors for her ministry in 42 countries of the world. The most recent\, Sherry was the keynote speaker for Tanzania Women’s Conference in Dodoma\, Tanzania where thousands of ladies attended by the invitation of General Superintendent Dr. Barnabas Mtokambali\, and their National Director. \nSherry is married to Stan Welch who serves the SO MO Network as Secretary/Missions Director.  They have two children and five grandchildren. \n*We will have childcare Friday for ages 4 year – 9 years. \nSaturday 8:30am-1:30pm… \nFeatured speaker: Jill Lillard \nCome learn an interesting and fun way to reconnect to the Lord and face your problems with confidence using The Heart Scan Process. This is an interactive workshop where you will learn\, apply and get feedback. \n*Come with an actual problem you are facing\, no matter how big or small\, and gain insight into the real reason you are struggling. \n*Learn how to Leverage Your Emotions so that you experience more joy and peace even when you cannot control your circumstances. \n*Discover a Peaceful Method for Pressing On in spite of unwanted feelings so that you can create a meaningful and fruitful life. \nThe workshop will be facilitated by Jill Lillard\, MA LPC.
