First Women are headed out for their first stop at our coffee shop road trip. About every six weeks will be going to a locally owned coffee shop in a nearby town. 

First stop – Central Merc in Pastor Bob and Deanna’s hometown of Jamestown!

The Jamestown Mercantil in its time has been many things over the years. Most recently it was “the Doll Studio” where artist Dianna Effner created and displayed her gallery. Now Central Merc is owned and operated by Dianna’s two daughters and two granddaughters. Their vision for Central Merc is to provide a beautiful space, in memory of her, for the community to gather, support, and connect with each other.

And, if you don’t care for coffee, they have hot tea, iced tea, chai latte, hot cocoa, etc.  The have great food too….breakfast burritos, quiche, cinnamon rolls, scones, sweet breads and cookies. Our own Kelly Yearton will be doing a devotion and Heather Allen will be bringing her guitar to play some music!

We’ll be meeting at the church at 8 AM July 29, hopping on the church bus and heading out to Jamestown for a scenic drive up Highway 179! Please register for this event, so we are certain we have enough seats for everyone!

Due to limited seating, we can’t take little ones with us. I’m sorry!
Also, please feel free to drive your own vehicle and follow the bus.
